about

CHEYENNE BRUBAKER

Founder

With experience spanning banking, government, nonprofit, wealth advisory, and legal services, Cheyenne brings a broad financial perspective that extends beyond traditional bookkeeping. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Elizabethtown College, is a QuickBooks Online Advanced ProAdvisor, and is also a Notary Public.

Cheyenne previously served as Finance Director for a multi-entity firm, where she built the accounting department from the ground up. In that role, she developed financial processes, reporting systems, internal workflows, and oversight procedures to support accuracy, accountability, and informed decision-making across multiple entities.

Today, she brings that same leadership-level perspective to small business owners who need more than someone to record transactions. Cheyenne understands how to organize the details, strengthen financial systems, interpret the numbers, and provide the kind of insight business owners need to make confident decisions.

Her work is especially valuable for businesses that are growing, disorganized, overwhelmed, or not yet ready for a full-time finance director. Through bookkeeping, financial cleanup, reporting support, and fractional financial leadership, Cheyenne helps business owners move from reactive financial management to a clearer, more intentional way of running their business.

Outside of her client work, Cheyenne volunteers with Junior Achievement, supporting financial education, and serves on various nonprofit boards as Treasurer. Her commitment to service reflects a deeper belief that financial clarity creates stronger businesses, stronger organizations, and stronger communities.

Cheyenne’s clients gain more than organized books. They gain a trusted financial partner who can bring order to financial clutter, build better systems, and help them understand what their numbers are really saying.
